standing on left leg
max reps #30 overhead dumbbell press (3/3 count)
rest 1 min
max reps #30 dumbbell bent over row (3/3 count)
rest 1 min
repeat on right leg

repeat above for 2 total times on each leg. On last set of right leg do burnout with both legs on the ground.
