Tabata with a twist

Tabata rounds go like this
20 seconds of effort
10 seconds of rest
get as many reps as you can into 8 total rounds. There are many combinations.

Workout:
Tabata with dumbbell squats 40# DB
rest 3 min
Tabata with elevated pushups
rest 3 min
Tabata with knee ups (hanging, pull knees up until thigh is horizontal)
rest 3 min
Tabata pullups (or bent over rows)
