Workout (time yourself from start to finish):
run 1 mile
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 squats
run 1 mile
(break up the middle exercises into any combo to complete the full amount. I did 20 rounds of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats)
Heavy duty crossfitters do this workout wearing a 20lb weight vest.
