This turned out to be a pretty short workout. Most were challenged but our new girl (Amalia) wanted more so we did a little contest at the end.

pushups
situps
do a round of 10 reps per exercise, then a round of 20, then 30, then 40. I finished in 8:30, Amalia finished in about 8:40. I used the 40# dumbbell and she used the 30#. Several others worked out with the 15's or did 1/2 rep totals.
Amalia and I rested a bit, added on a set of 50. Again, I did the 40# and she did the 30#. She finished her round and I still had 10 reps to go. GREAT JOB, AMALIA!
