full body, no bars, no machines, nothing but net...

All you'll need is just a pair of dumbbells.  You'll WANT a place where you can run about 100 yards.  If you don't have it, not a huge deal.  This is harder than it looks.

15 minutes to complete as many "supersets" as possible of:
SUPERSET:
for each superset do the below triplet 3 times, then run once before starting over
3 thrusters (dumbbell squat with push press)
3 pushup with row
3 mountain leaps (think mountain climbers, but with both feet togeter)
then run 100 yards to finish each superset.
--------

The workout will go like this
3 thrusters, 3 pushup with row, 3 mountain leaps, 3 thrusters, 3 pushup with row, 3 mountain leaps, 3 thrusters, 3 pushup with row, 3 mountain leaps run 100 meters. (that completes one superset.  Repeat that sequence.)  keep going as many times as you can for 15 minutes.

I finished 5 rounds using 30# dumbbells, Ryan finished 4 using 20# dumbbells.  Taylor was using the 25's but stopped around 3 due to an old wrist injury.

This got my heart rate VERY high and my muscles were VERY tired.  Great workout set.
